IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE INTRODUCTORY CARTRIDGES: The TN-223/227 type cartridges which are supplied with new BROTHER printers have no reset gear. So if you want to refill an original cartridge from the printer when it was bought, you will have to reset the page counter on your printer. Click here to learn how to reset the counter of your Brother printer. In addition, by resetting the counter, you can extend the life of your cartridge before refilling. NOTE: The refilling procedure requires making a few holes in the cartridge. An electric drill is not recommended; it is much easier and highly recommended that you use our specialized toner holemaking tool. |
